Donk's retirement

The presiding officer was (four star) General Gorenc. He's the commander for US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) and for Africa. Yes, he's very busy but a regular guy.
That's Donk with his wife Theresa. We flew together a lot at McChord AFB in 93-94.
